Primary 7 boys football festival held at Newbattle High School
5 local primary schools attended a P7 football festival on the astro pitch at Newbattle High School. The festivals give the P7 boys and girls an opportunity to visit the high school they will be attending in a few months time.
Head of Newbattle's P.E. department Bob Foley also chatted to the youngsters about what to expect when they join the school in August.
The festival was played in great spirit and all the children left with a smile on their faces after playing 7 x 7 fixtures against each other from 1.30pm until 3.00pm
