Lasswade Community Sport Hub brings you its second annual awards evening - celebrating communtiy sport.
Lasswade Community Sport Hub was launched in 2015 and has gone from strength to strength, now involving over 14 sport clubs from the local area. To recognise the Hub’s success, LCSH will be hosting their second annual Hub Awards evening to celebrate sport within the community.
This event will take place on Thursday 1st June in the atrium at Lasswade High School Centre and will invite all community sport hub clubs, members and the local community along to celebrate community sporting success. These awards are being held, not only to celebrate sporting achievement but to recognise commitment, dedication and sport participation in the local community.
The night will consist of the following six categories:
Most Improved Award
Volunteer Award
Special Recognition Award
Future Stars Award
Active Schools Partnership Award
The Hub Partnership Award
As well as the awards, sport clubs from the area will give presentations about their clubs to highlight what they do and to share their achievements from the past year.
We welcome all nominations for the cateogories above and nominations are now open.
